Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM).
Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions across Customer Service, Meter-to-Cash, Work Management, Asset Maintenance, Reliability, and Field Operations.
Expertise in SAP architecture design, landscape planning, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules including EAM/PM, MM, FI, CO, SD, PS, and Fiori.
Experience integrating SAP Utilities and EAM with enterprise applications such as OpenText, Coupa, Workday, SAP CPI/BTP, Vertex, GIS, Mobility Solutions, and IoT platforms.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration, data models, business processes, and best practices for utility organizations.
Experience with API-led integrations, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based integration platforms.
Knowledge of utility industry asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, outage management, and regulatory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Solution Architecture for SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP EAM programs.
Define enterprise architecture, application landscape, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Design and oversee integration between SAP Utilities, SAP EAM, and external enterprise systems.
Provide architectural leadership for business processes including:
Meter-to-Cash
Asset Lifecycle Management
Work and Maintenance Management
Inventory and Procurement
Financial Integration
Define security architecture, roles, authorizations, and cross-system access controls.
Drive solution governance, architecture reviews, and design approvals across project teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with utility operational and asset management objectives.
Provide guidance on archiving, document management, reporting, analytics, and data governance.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, upgrades, and modernization initiatives leveraging SAP BTP and Fiori.
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
