You will lead the technical architecture, installation, and maintenance of complex SAP environments. Responsibilities Execute SAP installations, upgrades, and patch applications across software products and databases. Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to maintain environment integrity. Optimize system performance through monitoring, availability configuration, and application tuning. Provide L2/L3 technical support as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation. Direct large-scale domestic and international projects, including technical guidance on installation and tuning. Oversee deliverables from vendors and strategic outsourcing partners. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in SAP Basis environments. Deep expertise in HANA database and Solution Manager configuration (Manage System Config, CHARM, CTS+). Proficiency with Linux, Unix, and Windows servers. Hands-on experience with Oracle, DB2, MaxDB, Sybase, and SQL Server databases. Experience with system sizing using QuickSizer and capacity planning. Proven ability to work within virtualized environments. Strong communication and people management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education. Preferred Skills SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience. SAP cloud environment knowledge (AWS, MS Azure) with relevant certifications.
