Lead and manage the functional analysis of SAP systems, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing solutions, and testing and implementing changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Provide expert-level support for SAP modules, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
Stay updated on the latest SAP trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on new system functionalities and processes.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Participate in system audits and contribute to the development and implementation of security and compliance measures.
Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Mentor and coach junior IT team members, providing guidance on SAP best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
