Role: Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (S/4HANA – OTC, P2P, FICO)
Location: Newark, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance S/4HANA APIs (OData/REST) for sales order, delivery, and billing (create/change/update flows)
- Build and support RICEFW objects with strong focus on performance and scalability
- Implement and troubleshoot user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement points for OTC, P2P, and FICO processes
- Design and optimize CDS Views and HANA-based data models
- Handle middleware integrations (CPI/MuleSoft/Workato) including data mapping and message structures
- Support data migration, replication, and master data enhancements (Customer, Vendor, Material)
- Develop and maintain output forms (Adobe Forms/SmartForms) and output determination logic
- Implement pricing enhancements (requirements, routines, condition techniques, alternate calculations)
- Debug and resolve production issues with quick turnaround
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions across OTC, P2P, and Finance
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with strong S/4HANA exposure
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP APIs (OData, REST, S/4 standard APIs)
- CDS Views and HANA optimization
- Enhancement techniques (User exits, BAdIs, implicit/explicit enhancements)
- Strong integration experience with middleware platforms
- Deep understanding of OTC, P2P, and FICO processes
