Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant
Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
Overview: Seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience to lead end-to-end S/4HANA Service implementations. Must have expertise in Warranty Management, Serialization, In-House Repair, and integration with SD, MM, LE, PP/PM, and FI/CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP Activate implementations.
- Configure S/4HANA Service, including service orders, contracts, in-house repair (RMA), billing, and warranty processes.
- Design customer/vendor warranty, serialization, equipment master, and installed base solutions.
- Integrate Service with SD, MM, LE, PP/PM, and FI/CO.
- Lead workshops, functional design, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
- Drive Clean Core, Fiori, and SAP BTP best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in S/4HANA Service.
- 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA Service implementations.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Service, Warranty Management, Serialization, SAP SD, and cross-module integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, testing, data migration, and cutover.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP S/4HANA Service Certification.
Preferred
- SAP SD Certification.
- Experience with RISE with SAP, Private Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, CDS Views, OData, and Field Service integration.
