Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Technical Developer Location: Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote Compensation: $ Position Overview Client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Developer to support a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiative.
The Technical
Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP technical solutions across the enterprise landscape while ensuring successful migration of custom developments from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development, S/4HANA architecture, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP integration technologies. This role will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional SMEs, Business Analysts, and Project Teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions supporting client's business transformation objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP technical solutions in an S/4HANA environment.
Analyze existing ECC custom developments and perform remediation for S/4HANA compatibility.
Develop and enhance ABAP Objects, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
Build and support CDS Views, AMDPs, OData Services, and SAP Fiori applications.
Create technical specifications and design documentation.
Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, middleware, and SAP Integration Suite.
Support data migration activities and technical object conversions.
Perform code optimization and HANA database performance tuning.
Collaborate with Functional Consultants to design and implement business requirements.
Participate in SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover, and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support post-go-live stabilization activities.
Follow client development standards, governance processes, and security requirements.
Whats Needed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

years of SAP technical development experience.
3
years of SAP S/4HANA development experience.
Proven experience on at least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project.
Strong expertise in ABAP and ABAP Objects.
Experience with SAP HANA database programming and optimization.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, Gateway, and OData Services.
Experience developing CDS Views and AMDPs.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or Automotive industry experience preferred.
Experience supporting large enterprise SAP transformations.
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
Exposure to SAP BTP services.
Experience with DevOps and SAP transport management processes.
SAP technical certifications preferred.
