Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP BW migrations to cloud or big data platforms. Strong understanding of SAP BDS architecture, data modelling, and integration patterns. Expertise in SAP HANA, Data Intelligence, and related ETL/ELT tools. Global program management experience, including vendor and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in cross-cultural environments. Strong grounding in data governance, compliance, and security standards. Managing Global Stake holders and drive this program independently .. conducting Steering Committee and managing risks etc\\ This is not just PMO role \\Success CriteriaSuccess Measures:** Migration delivered on time and within budget.
