Your Role: As a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM), you will lead the design, configuration, and management of comprehensive asset management processes using SAP S/4HANA. Your expertise will guide clients through complex program transformations in maintenance execution, asset lifecycle management, and integrated quality operations, ensuring successful go-live and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance (PM) Expertise: Lead the design and configuration of essential PM processes including Functional Locations, Equipment Master setups, and Maintenance Plans. Customize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Quality Management (QM) Implementation: Oversee end-to-end SAP QM processes, covering Inspection Planning, Inspection Lot Processing, Results Recording, and Quality Notifications to meet compliance and safety regulations.
- Program Management: Manage PM and QM workstreams throughout the SAP Activate lifecycle, facilitating workshops and coordinating integrations across functional teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical configurations into impactful operational solutions.
- Documentation and Data Migration: Author critical design documents and support data migration initiatives ensuring all configurations align with client needs.
Travel Requirements: This role may require travel, varying from 0 to 100%, based on project needs.
Qualifications Required:
- 7+ years of SAP functional experience, with minimum 5 years in PM and/or QM implementations.
- Proficient in SAP PM configuration and integration with modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP.
- Experience in leading workshops and creating functional design documentation.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is mandatory.
Bonus Points: Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA for EAM, knowledge of regulated industry standards, or previous consulting firm experience will be advantageous.
