About the Company
Multiple data work streams need a dedicated MDM Data Program Manager to drive integration across all teams. This is an oversight and cross-functional leadership role — NOT a Scrum Master position. You will ensure teams work together, risks are identified early, and data onboarding runs smoothly across all work streams.
About the Role
Oversee and drive integration across 4 data work streams:
- Data Design
- Data Migration
- Master Data Management/Governance
- Data Analytics & Reporting
Responsibilities
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration across all data teams
- Identify and call out risks early; proactively manage issues
- Provide strategic oversight — not day-to-day task management
- Lead program deployment with strong SAP and data expertise
- Present confidently in front of rooms; work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Apply SAP functional experience, preferably with Master Data Management (MDM) background
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of SAP experience deploying programs
- 8+ years project/program management experience, including 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations with focus on Data management
- Deep data knowledge across design, migration, governance, and analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple data work streams simultaneously
- Experience in cross-functional oversight and integration leadership

- Comfortable presenting in front of rooms and leading stakeholder meetings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker who can identify risks and drive team alignment
- Not focused on day-to-day task management — oversight and integration focus
Pay range and compensation package
Rate: $85–$90/hour
Duration: July 2028 could potentially extend or convert
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: 4 days/week onsite (Ideally Mon–Thu)
Visa: US Citizen and Green Card Only
