We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 S2P Enablement & Support Specialist to support business users within a retail fashion environment in Secaucus, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position focuses on strengthening day-to-day Source-to-Pay operations for finished goods while improving user adoption, process consistency, and operational performance. The role is well suited for a business-facing SAP specialist who can bridge procurement processes and system support across Procurement, Inbound Logistics, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities: Provide front-line assistance to business teams using SAP S/4HANA and Fiori for Source-to-Pay processes related to finished goods.
Guide Procurement, Inbound Logistics, and reporting users through issue resolution, process questions, and system-related troubleshooting.
Identify recurring process gaps, system defects, and improvement opportunities, then route them to the appropriate SAP support teams for follow-up.
Promote effective system usage by helping users adopt standard processes and best practices within the SAP S/4HANA Fashion Suite environment.
Partner with stakeholders to improve process execution and support ongoing optimization across procurement-related workflows.
Monitor user concerns and operational trends to recommend practical enhancements that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical support resources to ensure timely communication and issue management.
5+ years of experience supporting SAP in a procurement, Source-to-Pay, or closely related business function.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including experience working with Fiori applications in a business-facing capacity.
Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, ideally within finished goods, retail, fashion, or apparel operations.
Background serving as a Key User, Super User, Business Process Expert, or similar role that supports end users directly.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain system processes clearly to business stakeholders.
Proven ability to assess user issues, document findings, and coordinate escalation of defects or enhancement requests.
