Qualifications Requirements
Experience 15 years of total SAP experience with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically dedicated to SAP S4HANA Service
Implementation Track Record Handson experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations or major migrationconversion projects
Experience in implementing S4 SERVICES
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Rollout Lead or colead endtoend implementation projects for SAP S4HANA Service from blueprinting and realization to golive and hypercare
Solution Design Design and configure core service processes including Service Order Management Service Contracts Warranties etc
Business Transformation Conduct requirementsgathering workshops with business stakeholders and align system designs with global architectural roadmaps and scalable solutions
CrossModule Integration Integrate Service processes with SAP Sales and Distribution SD Materials Management MM Financials FICO etc
Data Process Optimization Oversee the migration and maintenance of service master data
Client Advisory Collaborate closely with clients provide training to endusers and establish best practices for field service and spare parts logistics
