The work
You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing SAP Material Management solutions, with a strong focus on procurement processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior resources, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across implementation and transformation programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support SAP MM solution design and delivery, with deep expertise in procurement and pricing procedures.
Configure and support and ensure compliance with tax and localization requirements.
Drive and support Stock Transfer Order (STO) scenarios, including intercompany and intracompany flows.
Collaborate with SAP PP teams to ensure seamless integration between Materials Management and Production Planning processes.
Support RTP (Record-to-Process) business analysis activities, translating business requirements into SAP MM solutions.
Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Lead, coach, and review the work of project team members; support performance management as required.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to validate designs, conduct workshops, and ensure solution alignment to business objectives.
Configure, test, and support SAP solutions following defined SAP and Accenture methodologies.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here’s what you need

A minimum of five years of experience with SAP MM, including configuration, testing, and implementation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if

Proven experience with procurement processes and pricing procedures.

Experience working on Stock Transfer Order (STO) scenarios.

Working knowledge of SAP PP and MM–PP integration points.

You have experience with DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).

You can clearly articulate business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

You are comfortable leading workstreams, mentoring team members, and managing client expectations.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, problem-solving environment.
