Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet project objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Mentor and guide team members, providing support and direction to ensure project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings and report project progress to senior management.
Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in SAP F&O and incorporate them into project plans as needed.
