Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA implementation activities in a Private Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, change management, testing coordination, and cutover planning. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, functional, technical, and testing teams.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth user adoption and organizational readiness.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Own cutover planning, readiness assessments, and go-live execution.
- Conduct cutover readiness reviews and ensure all deployment prerequisites are completed.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and SAP implementation methodologies.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with change management and organizational readiness.
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, testing cycles, and defect management.
- Strong expertise in cutover planning, cutover readiness assessments, and go-live support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification.
- Experience managing large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Prior experience working with manufacturing, retail, or enterprise organizations is a plus.
