An SAPS/4HANA/ECCOTC (Order-to-Cash) professional is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end sales and distribution cycle. This role ensures seamless data and process flow from order entry to delivery, invoicing, and accounts receivable. 11, 2, 3, 4]
Core Responsibilities
Process Design & Configuration: Configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules in ECC and S/4HANA, including order management, pricing procedures, copy controls, and billing types.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OTC with Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and external systems like EDI, 3PL warehouses, and tax engines.
Testing & Support: Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW), perform unit and integration testing, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide hyper-care support.
Data Migration & Upgrades: Support legacy system migrations to SAP S/AHANA, including Business Partner setup, data cleansing, and cutover planning. [1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6]
Key Requirements & Skills
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields, combined with 5 to 12+ years of hands on SAP functional experience.
Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of legacy SAP ECC architecture as well as modern S/4HANA features, including Advanced Available to Promise (aATP) and SAP Fiori.
Business Process Mastery: Expertise in the complete OTC lifecycle: sales orders, returns, backorders, customer contracts, and condition contract management
