Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end SAP technical program execution across multiple projects and workstreams.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation for SAP initiatives.

Lead delivery management activities including status tracking, governance meetings, issue resolution, and reporting.

Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for successful implementation, integration, migration, and support activities.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery milestones, and compliance requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to senior management.

Support Agile/Waterfall project execution methodologies and drive continuous process improvements.

Monitor program KPIs, budgets, and overall project performance.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP Program/Project Management.

Expertise in SAP technical delivery and implementation lifecycle.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in delivery governance, risk management, and escalation handling.

Knowledge of SAP modules/integrations and enterprise application landscapes.

Strong coordination and leadership abilities across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

PMP/Scrum/SAP certifications preferred. xrczosw
