Job Title: Project Manager – SAP Planning
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP Planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, hands-on familiarity with SAP environments _(prior experience as a functional consultant), and the ability to effectively manage project schedules, stakeholders, risks, and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Utilize Jira for project planning, backlog management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
- Facilitate project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of Project Management experience delivering technology or enterprise application projects.
- Proficiency with Jira for project and workflow management.
- 1–2 years of prior experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or SAP Developer.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, integrations, and overall SAP landscape.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Planning solutions (SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, or related planning platforms).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
- Experience managing SAP transformation, implementation, or enhancement projects.
