SAP PP/PM Business Systems Analyst

lResponsibilitie
- sITA system lead for configuration management , expected to be on the MFG line for any escalations and new requirements. Note: The role is onsite and expected to be working from the bay area
- .Consult with business leads and enhance the existing processes and build new requirements in SAP S/4 and BTP solution
- sFacilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate
- .Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business operations, log in user requirements and sign off on KDD’s based on current and future state requirements
- .Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business users to build use cases, analyze the functional requirements and design the process in SAP
- .Opportunity to complete holistic solutions by defining functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system
- .Create functional specifications, provide walkthrough of FS to development tea
- mEnsure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed (i.e. scope, design (FS), create test plans, document cutover, perform integration testing and support in UAT)
- .Perform regression testing to ensure the new developments is not impacting existing functionalit
- yDemonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communication on deliverables
- .Flexible and able to adapt in a high growth environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
.Qualification
- s5 - 12 years of SAP experience designing and implementing SAP PP (Production planning and Execution) modul
- eStrong in SAP PP and PM Master data managemen
- tMinimum 1 Full Lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA Implementations experience in SAP PP with cross module integrations. Experience or knowledge about the OEM industry / discrete manufacturing is a mus
- tBasic understanding of ABAP coding, debugging and identifying failure points is a must. Suggesting changes and modifications is a bonu
- sStrong understanding of Master Data and integration points involved in PP and P
- MGood understanding of Manufacturing master data maintenance in PLM such as EBOM, MBOM, Routing and integration with SAP
- .Strong Experience in Interfacing the data with MES or any other 3rd party application integration systems
- .Experience in handling integrations using API’s with other system
- sGood understanding of PM Master data such as Equipment, Equipment BOM, Equipment structure, measurement points etc
- .Strong configuration and design skills to map the required business proces
- sStrong tracking, coordination and project planning skill
- sProven ability to follow change management procedures and internal guideline
- sDemonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standard
- sStrong communications to work with end-users and management from across the company, and to collaborate with external consultants and vendors
