Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior SAP S/4HANA O2C Systems Analyst with strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and experience working in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP SD/O2C knowledge, strong business domain expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party vendors.
This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting scalable SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash solutions, including integrations with eCommerce platforms, EDI solutions, and digital payment providers.
Responsibilities
SAP O2C Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash initiatives.
- Configure and support SAP SD functionality including order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, returns, and delivery processing.
- Support key O2C capabilities including ATP, Credit Management, and Billing Plans.
Integrations & Digital Commerce
- Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Work on order capture, fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and customer self-service functionality.
- Partner with EDI teams to support retail customer transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 820 documents.
- Troubleshoot and enhance integrations using middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, TrueCommerce, OpenText, or Seeburger.
Digital Payments & Operational Support
- Integrate and support payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Adyen.
- Support payment authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
- Provide Level 3 production support for SAP SD and integrated applications.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements across the O2C lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards and integration platforms.
- Experience integrating digital payment providers within SAP environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP BRIM or Subscription Billing.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, REST/OData APIs, and SAP BTP.
- Experience in CPG or retail environments.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture and extensibility.
