Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SD Consultant to support, implement, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
- Returns & Rebate Processing
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions.
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and PP.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve SAP SD-related incidents.
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects including SAP S/4HANA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and business processes.
- Experience with:
- Pricing Procedures
- Output Determination
- Partner Determination
- Availability Check (ATP)
- Billing & Invoicing
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SD Certification is a plus.
- Experience in global rollout or support projects.
- Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and basic ABAP debugging.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
