Client is partnering on a major SAP Utilities modernization initiative seeking a senior SAP IS-U leader to support enterprise-scale SAP IS-U and CIS transformation programs. This role is ideal for an SAP IS-U expert who can operate at both the executive strategy level and hands-on solution architecture level across complex utility environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Enterprise SAP IS-U solution ownership
- Integrated architecture leadership across Billing, FICA, DM/AMI, Service & Sales
- Oversight of Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover & Deployment activities
- Governance of SAP and third-party integrations
- Collaboration with Data Conversion, Testing, OCM, and Technical teams
- Executive stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Delivery leadership across large cross-functional utility programs
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP IS-U implementation experience
- Strong SAP Utilities functional and architecture expertise
- Deep understanding of utility CIS environments and best practices
- SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Utilities experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale delivery teams
- Strong communication and vendor governance capabilities
Nice to Have:
- SAP IS-U Certification
- Utility digital transformation experience
- Experience supporting operational readiness and dress rehearsals
