Role:: SAP SCM Functional Manufacturing Specialist
Location: Waukegan, IL 60085 (Hybrid/Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Functional Manufacturing Specialist to lead and support complex global SAP supply chain and manufacturing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep SAP SCM expertise, strong functional architecture experience, and a proven track record managing enterprise-level SAP implementations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP SCM functional design, implementation, and support activities
• Drive requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
• Define SAP SCM solution architecture standards and integration patterns
• Review and approve functional and technical solution designs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvements
• Provide technical guidance on SAP upgrades, tools, and new technologies
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Deliver scalable and cost-effective SAP manufacturing solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10–15 years of SAP SCM functional experience
• Expertise across PP-PI, QM, WM/EWM, Logistics, and Transportation
• Experience in Healthcare or regulated industries preferred
• Strong project/program management experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities
• Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
