Expectations and Tasks: Maps business processes to solution requirements. Champions and leads disruptive business innovation. Provides thought leadership around the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Delivers end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plans transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Supports pre-sales activities. Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies. Works to resolve escalated projects. Delivers as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks. Leads customer workshops and trainings. Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduces SAP and industry leading practices for complex business requirements based on experience. Drives the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and related areas; can be owner of a service sub-portfolio and/or triggers service innovation. Owns the creation of templates, common practices and supporting service delivery artifacts in order to optimize business processes. Mentors business process consultants. Education and Occupational Experience : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience : Experience must include eight (8) years involving each of the following: + Leading and managing teams of Technical architects and consultants; + HANA Database, Oracle Database and SAP NetWeaver/ Basis Administration; + Building Technical Architecture and Transformation roadmap for large and highly integrated SAP Landscapes of customers, IT executives, business process leads and technical Architects; + Leading large S/4HANA migration projects to minimize the downtime of migrating SAP systems with large database size; + Project planning, risk assessment and mitigation plans, testing strategy, governance setup for large transformation and cloud migration projects; + Architecting SAP RISE Enterprise Cloud landscape hosted across AWS, Google Coud and Microsoft Azure ensuring resilience, performance and scalability; + SAP system release and support package upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and ABAP programming language; and + Identifying automation and Business AI use case solutions provided by SAP business requirements. Travel: Position does require up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated customer sites to deliver SAP MaxAttention services and customer support. Compensation Range Transparency : The annual base salary for this position is $388,918. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $388,918 - $433,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
