Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Consultant – Supply Chain Analytics role, located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Lead Consultant will lead the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize operations, oversee demand planning and analytics, and design solutions that drive efficiency and performance improvements across the organization. Key duties include engaging with clients to deliver customized consulting solutions and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance supply chain operations and procurement processes. Collaboration across teams and clients is central to this role, as is a commitment to driving measurable business results.
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of experience in SAP at a Big-4 Consulting Firm
- Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management
- Strong Analytical Skills, including experience in data interpretation and decision-making
- Professional experience in Consulting and Procurement
- Ability to lead and execute strategic supply chain projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience with supply chain analytics technologies and AI tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in client engagement and change management
Compensation
- Hourly W-2 or C2C. Target bill rate typically in the $110–$140/hr range, depending on experience and fit.
- Conversion to full-time role with salary + bonus + benefits
