As the global Head of the Academies for Product and Engineering, you will play a critical role in defining, executing and continuously improving the Academies for Product and Engineering in the SAP Next Gen organization. This role works closely with SAP Labs U.S. by ensuring we hire the best talent and build the required talent capabilities to perform in the AI era. This role is pivotal in maintaining development pride and fostering a positive and cohesive early talent experience aligned to business needs and growing technological demands. This role reports to the Global Head of SAP Next Gen and is responsible for execution of Academy for P&E and leading the team responsible for the Academy for Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Academy for P&E associates in US/Ireland and Eastern Europe program lead, and the Academy for Product Management Global and Regional leads
Orchestrate program in collaboration with SAP Labs leadership and key business stakeholders
Analyze and derive opportunities for collaboration with other SAP Next Gen programs / Academies
Work collaboratively with Talent Discovery on the interview process for new cohorts
Responsible for designing the Academy for P&E curriculum and rotation structure.
Responsible for running Global Onboarding and Upskilling E2E for the SAP Academy for Product & Engineering Cohorts (in-person twice a year).
Monitor placement day, rotation matches with teams and communicating placements
Responsible for conducting 1:1s with the rotation participants and aligning with Labs US Strategy and Ops on management needs
Responsible for collecting participants performance feedback from rotational host teams
Alignment with LoB COO/Contacts for rotations vetting, hiring, and tracking of success measures
Drive growth culture and a cohesive SAP Next Gen experience
Integrate participants in global SAP Next Gen Community
Work with the Labs US intern for Magic Matchmaker / other Labs US topics
Support the organization of Lunch & Learns and other Social Committee activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
10+ years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Consulting, Product Management, or Operations
Strong cross functional experience and having worked in a matrix organization
SAP technology and solution portfolio understanding
Skills And Experience
Ability to work on-site in Newtown Square three days per week.
Strong organizational skills with a collaborative and flexible approach.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 224700-525600USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
