Position Title: SAP Service Management /Customer Services Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Project: Contact to Hire Position
Must have: SAP CS /SM & SD and Equipment, Install Base and Asset.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 13+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS /SM & SD.
- Must have ability to perform configuration for SAP CS/SM and SD - equipment, Install Base and Asset experience.
- Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc.
- Experience working with a contract manufacturer for repairs, replacement and warranty processes
- Experience configuring and delivering SAP solutions with Service Contracts; Warranties; Notifications; Repair Orders; Service Orders;
- Experience working with inventory management.
- Experience working with functionality of Equipment; Serialization; Task lists, SAP Installed Base
- Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs
- Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC.
- Experience in S/4 HANA
- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems.
- Experience in conducting workshops and freezing the requirements.
- Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes
Key skills required in the following areas:
- Ability to configure Install Base
- Ability to explain how the Repair process in SAP SM works.
- Ability to explain how the process for a Service Order works in SAP
- Experience with integrations - preferably CPI as the middleware
- Hands on experience with three or more full cycle SAP SM/CS implementations
- Experience configuring and setting up SAP UII
- Integration experience with 3PL's. The client uses UPS
- Experience configuring SAP SM/CS on S/4HANA
