SAP ABAP Technical Lead Logistics

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead to drive development efforts for a vendor drop-ship process implementation within a logistics-focused SAP environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team coordination across onshore and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP ABAP design and development for vendor drop-ship process implementation
- Provide technical leadership and code oversight across logistics-related SAP modules
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 4 onshore engineers
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines with offshore development teams
- Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in ABAP development
- Proven technical leadership experience within SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, LE, etc.)
- Strong experience managing and coordinating offshore development teams
