Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize existing SAP EWM Business Processes and Configurations in SAP ECC.
Support Business Process Re-engineering workshops to design EWM processes for SAP S/4 implementation.
Research and apply best practices for implementing Business Processes in SAP S/4.
Configure EWM functionalities in the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Guide based on requirements.
Present configuration solutions to team members and make recommendations for future processes.
Document all configuration activities and changes made during the project.
Required Skills & Experience:
U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10 years of relevant work experience including 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations as lead configurator for SAP EWM, with at least one in S/4.
5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience with a deep understanding of related roles and tasks.
Experience in configuring SAP EWM processes within SAP IMG.
Strong expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions using SAP technologies.
Familiarity with inbound, VAS, RF, Quality Inspection, Pick/Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management, Batch Management, and more.
Proven experience in leading analysis workshops with stakeholders in the Federal government sector.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical approach to evaluating complex issues.
Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to work remotely on complex projects.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with all levels of staff and leadership.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
Driven and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of mission.
Desired Skills & Experience:
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP EWM certification.
Experience in Agile Software Methodology.
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices (BPPs).
