Job Description:
- To have 10+ years as a SAP BASIS Administrator
- Assessing the existing SAP landscape to identify which modules, company codes, and technical components belong to the divested entity
- Collaborating with functional teams to define how data will be segregated
- Documenting step-by-step technical procedures, timelines, and contingency plans for the "go-live" weekend
- Performing system copies (homogenous or heterogeneous) to create a new, separate landscape for the divested entity
- Executing client transport, export, and import to move specific company data, or performing a client copy to a new instance
- Identifying and deleting or archiving data from the source system that is not required for the new entity to reduce database size
- Configuring the Transport Management System to ensure configurations are properly moved to the new, segregated environment
- Installing and configuring the new SAP landscape (Development, Quality, Production) for the new entity
- Managing the database separation and ensuring database integrity during the transition
- Reconfiguring RFC connections, printers, spoolers, and external interface connectivity
- Creating new user IDs, resetting passwords, and managing authorization profiles for the new entity's users
- Modifying or segregating security roles to ensure that users in the new company code cannot access the old company's data
- Providing 24/7 support during the go-live cutover weekend to ensure smooth data migration and system availability
- Continuously monitoring system performance (work processes, CPU, memory) immediately after the carve-out to detect and resolve bottlenecks
- Validating that the data in the new system is correct and complete
- Deleting unnecessary data and restricting access from the old parent system
- Decommissioning servers or application instances that are no longer needed after the carve-out
Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:
- Should have minimum 12+ years of Experience as a Sap Fico consultant accountable for designing, implementing and deploying Sap based ERP solutions for client. validating report requirements, validating changes and customizing, providing training to end-user ensuring stability of solution, working closely with client Finance team and sorting day to day queries of end-users
- Evaluate existing SAP data to determine what needs to be moved, excluded, or historicized, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Work with senior leadership to design the new company code structure, chart of accounts, and financial reporting requirements
- Identify gaps between the "As-Is" (current) process in the parent company and the "To-Be" process required for the separated entity
- Assist in defining the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) to ensure a smooth, compliant handover from the seller to the buyer
- Configure new Company Codes, Controlling Areas, Profit Centres, and Cost Centres in the new SAP instance
- Configure Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Accounting (BA) tailored to the new entity’s operations
- Manage the separation of fixed assets, including depreciation, acquisition, and retirement data
- Configure Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing
- Map financial data from the source to the target environment
- Remove or neutralize data related to business units not involved in the carve-out
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure the accuracy of carved-out financial data and processes
- Perform pre- and post-cutover reconciliations to ensure financial integrity between the old and new systems
- Collaborate with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow
Job Title: SAP Data Migration and Cutover Lead

Job Description:
- To have 12+ years of experience as a SAP Data Migration and Cutover Lead who have led efforts to harmonize master data, chart of accounts, and organizational structures during the separation
- Proven experience in complex separations, not just standard implementations
- Ability to manage stakeholders from both seller and buyer organizations
- Knowledge of SAP landscapes, data migration tools, and interfaces
- Ability to adapt to shifting timelines and changing business needs
- To Oversee in-depth analysis of the current landscape, including interfaces, custom developments (ABAP), and third-party tools
- Decide on the data migration approach (e.g., Selective Data Transition - SDT, or new implementation) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Define how to split shared data, such as customers, vendors, or material masters, between the parent and the new entity.
- Lead teams of functional consultants and technical Basis members to separate subsystems or shared data
- Oversee the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) process to ensure data integrity
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and data validation to ensure the carved-out system is operational
- Identify and mitigate risks, such as data leakage or disruption to the parent company’s operations.
- Create a detailed cutover plan for the final weekend of production, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Ensure the new system is ready for independent operation (Day One) and that the new entity can function on its own network (Day Two).
- Plan the archiving and decommissioning of the separated data from the legacy system
