Responsibilities
- Support the Business Office for the Americas Customer Services & Delivery organization while gaining direct exposure to executive-level operations and decision-making
- Own and contribute to complex, multi-faceted internal and customer-facing programs—including events, customer engagements, and partner initiatives—building strong program management and leadership skills
- Collaborate closely with the Management Office and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive meaningful programs
- Develop critical career skills across project and program management, strategic thinking, communications, and business acumen, while gaining hands-on experience with the SAP product suite, including AI, BDC, and the Integrated Tool Chain
Skills
- 4-year degree and familiarity managing multi-faceted projects
- Experience with Social Media sites including content creation
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders and audiences
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to take ownership of work and move initiatives forward with minimal direction
- Resourceful and curious, with a willingness to dig in, ask thoughtful questions, and find answers in complex or ambiguous situations
- Comfortable navigating new challenges and learning quickly to deliver results
