Working Hours: 20-40 hours/week
The SAP Business Data Cloud & Data Management team is looking for a Working Student to join our Executive Management Office, reporting to the Head of the Business Office for SAP Business Data Cloud & Data Management. This role is part of the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) team with a focus on Customer Adoption. In this role, you'll work closely with the leadership team, ensuring seamless administration, coordination, effective communication, and successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Support with preparation and organization of internal/external meetings, presentations, events, and travel
- Prepare and update materials, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
- Support Communications initiatives by helping to prepare emails, social media, Coffee Corners, Sharepoint site, presentations etc.
- Support administrative tasks for the BDC&DM Executive Management Office
- Help to prepare, execute, and follow up on meetings with stakeholders and respective action items. Monitor action items and manage reminders.
- Support day-to-day business operations and meetings.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication, Data Analytics or other related background
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
- Commitment to operational excellence in assigned tasks
- Professional and impeccable conduct towards colleagues and customers, keeping cultural differences top of mind
- Flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication and relationship building skills;
- Structured and organized working style, as well as the ability to think outside of the box
- Good PowerPoint and design skills - no developer skills needed
- Solid communication skills in written and spoken English
