SAP OTC - Warranty Consultant Normal/Chicago, IL - 67020
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC & Warranty Consultant with strong expertise across Order-to-Cash processes, Vehicle Lifecycle (VMS), and Warranty management. This role involves end-to-end OTC configuration, integrations, and finance alignment in a complex SAP landscape.
Location: Normal/Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $55-60/hr Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP OTC processes for vehicle and service sales (SO, Delivery, Billing, Invoicing)
- Configure and support returns, refunds, and credit postings
- Support VMS (entire vehicle lifecycle) processes
- Handle pricing, trade compliance, credit management, and quarter-end reporting
- Integrate OTC with Transportation Management, Digital Commerce, and Finance
- Manage service contracts, subscriptions, and business partner integration
- Support service parts sales order fulfillment
- Configure and support service orders, invoicing, and service claim management
- Lead SAP Warranty module activities including claims, service orders, and supplier chargebacks
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP OTC (SD)
- Experience with Warranty Management and Service Claims
- Knowledge of VMS, Service Contracts, and Subscriptions
- Proven experience with cross-module integrations
- Strong business process and stakeholder communication skills
