We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Cloud Operations Analyst Intern to support and manage advanced internal reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) business intelligence tools, MS SharePoint, and other analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business operations and decision-making
- Manage and update content on the MS SharePoint site, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives
- Assist in data quality assurance, validation, and troubleshooting of reporting issues
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes
- Support user training and provide guidance on SAC and SharePoint functionality
- Prepare presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience
Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and business intelligence tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other data analysis tools
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated interest in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields
- Experience with data modeling or dashboard design
- Knowledge of SAP products or enterprise software solutions
