As a Product Launch Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide support to the Product Launch Team, collaborate on cloud products and initiatives, and assist in the design of tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Product Strategy Team
- Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes
- Develop communications in support of enablement programs and activities
- Evaluate current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications
- Aid in the definition and development of new processes and tools to support these activities within SAP NS2
- Assist with documenting environment assessment and contracting efforts
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects
Skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight
- Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas
- Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate
