Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions\n1. Investigate and identify the root causes of invoice processing exceptions within the automated accounts payable system and take appropriate actions to achieve timely resolution.\n2. Communicate professionally and effectively with internal departments, including PSM, Purchasing, Receiving, operations leadership, Finance/Accounting team members, and IT to resolve invoice processing issues and to maintain positive working relationships.\n3. Take ownership of exception resolution from identification through closure, ensuring accountability, timely follow-up, and effective communication with all stakeholders.\n4. Analyze recurring exception trends and recommend process improvements to reduce manual processing and intervention.\n5. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while balancing business needs, operational requirements, and financial controls.\n6. Collaborate with business partners to improve master data quality\n7. Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, procedures, and training materials related to exception management.\n8. Influence outcomes and drive accountability across functional teams without direct reporting authority.\n9. Manage multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.\n\n
