Job Title: SAP PM Functional Analyst
Location: Jackson, MI (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday to Thursday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP PM Functional Analyst with
10+ years of expertise in
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and
Customer Service (CS) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP PM configuration, production support, ITIL processes, and SAP integrations, preferably within the
Utilities industry.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP PM Functional experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) configuration.
- Production Support experience using ITIL (Incident, Change & Problem Management).
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications, including GIS.
- Strong functional design, configuration, troubleshooting, and support experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP IS-U (Utilities) experience.
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Utilities industry implementation/support experience.
- SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management.
- Ventyx (Hitachi), ESRI GIS, RFID, and handheld device integration.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
