C5T is seeking an SAP Functional Consultant - FinanceLogistics (FI/CO/FM/SD) to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), USTRANSCOM's enterprise SAP S/4HANA platform supporting global transportation, logistics, procurement, financial management, and supply chain operations. This position serves as a functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and sustaining SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), and SalesDistribution (SD) capabilities supporting Department of Defense transportation and logistics operations.
The SAP Functional Consultant partners with government stakeholders, business process owners, SAP developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions while ensuring integration across finance, transportation, logistics, procurement, and enterprise business processes. This role supports business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement within an Agile software development environment.
Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Work will primarily take place in government workspaces with limited telework based on mission requirements.
Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA functionality within Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), and SalesDistribution (SD).
Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into functional designs, system configurations, and technical specifications.
Support end-to-end financial and logistics business processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Budget Control, Funds Management, Sales Order Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Customer Master Data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve financial controls, reporting, and logistics operations.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process design sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documentation, business process procedures, user guides, and training materials.
Prepare functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers during development, testing, deployment, and enhancement activities.
Support financial, customer, and organizational master data governance activities.
Execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while supporting defect analysis and resolution.
Analyze production issues and provide Tier II and Tier III application support.
Support data migration and reconciliation activities for financial and logistics master and transactional data.
Participate in Agile software development activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Assist with software release planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
Support Authority to Operate (ATO), cybersecurity, audit, and compliance activities.
Prepare and communicate technical and functional information to stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with security, documentation, and program requirements.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), and/or SalesDistribution (SD).
Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise financial management, budgeting, accounting, and logistics business processes.
Experience developing functional specifications for custom SAP enhancements.
Experience supporting testing, production support, and system enhancement activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum five (5) years of SAP functional experience supporting one or more of the following modules: SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP FM, or SAP SD.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to work on-site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal ERP modernization programs.
Experience with SAP Activate implementation methodology.
Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
Experience integrating SAP FI/CO/FM/SD with Materials Management (MM), Transportation Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Global Trade Services (GTS).
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
Experience using SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager.
Understanding of transportation, logistics, financial management, and enterprise business processes supporting USTRANSCOM or other Department of Defense organizations.
Current or active Secret security clearance.
Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization initiatives within the Department of Defense.
SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Sales (SD), or SAP S/4HANA Finance or Logistics certification.
Agile Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
