About the position
As a Principal SAP-SAP IBP consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging your deep understanding of IBP and BTP tools. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP IBP and BTP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients, helping them optimize their SAP landscape.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring Bristlecone remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements, leveraging SAP IBP's capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the SAP IBP implementation process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP and BTP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP and BTP tools, including their functionalities and integration capabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficiency in SAP's latest technologies and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
Nice-to-haves
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Any relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Integrated Business Planning, will be an advantage.
