Job Title: SAP IS-U ABAP Technical Consultant (Utilities)
Location: India (Remote– Flexible)

Job Description: We are looking for experienced SAP IS-U ABAP Technical Consultants with a strong background in the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and supporting SAP IS-U solutions, with a good understanding of utility business processes such as billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs in SAP IS-U environment
- Work on enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects)
- Support IS-U modules such as Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM integration
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution
- Participate in system integration testing and support UAT activities
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP (Reports, ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits)
- Experience in SAP IS-U modules (Billing, FICA, Device Management, etc.)
- Good understanding of Utilities business processes
- Experience with interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with S/4HANA or IS-U on HANA
- Knowledge of SAP CRM or integration with external systems
- Prior experience working with global utilities clients

- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
