Job Title: Logistics Specialist (SAP S/4HANA)

Job Summary
This is a hybrid Logistics Specialist role focused on SAP S/4HANA transactional support within a corporate office environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or ERP-based operations. The role involves executing SAP transactions, supporting inventory reconciliation and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with third-party warehouses. Strong attention to detail, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Execute SAP S/4HANA logistics transactions including stock transport orders (STOs), shipments, postings, and inventory movements
- Support monthly inventory reconciliations across third-party warehouse operations, including bulk, packaged, and ISO inventory types
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; perform SAP inventory adjustments and support root-cause analysis
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory processes, write-offs, disposals, and shipment cutoff activities
- Provide operational support to third-party warehouse partners, including batch corrections, returns processing, and issue resolution
- Monitor and respond to logistics-related mailbox inquiries and operational requests
- Support export shipment postings, transportation system uploads, and short-term export activities as needed
- Provide project-based and ad hoc operational support during system stabilization phases or peak operational periods
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, inventory control, warehouse support, or SAP/ERP transaction-based roles
- Strong SAP or ERP transactional experience required
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
- Exposure to both logistics operations and system-based transactional work
- Understanding of warehouse operations combined with system/process execution
- Experience in inventory reconciliation, logistics execution, and inventory accuracy management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong “plug-and-play” capability; candidates should require minimal onboarding or training
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required
- Equivalent logistics experience may be considered, but candidates without a Bachelor’s degree will not be considered
