We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead – SAP Logistics (EWM & TM) to drive enterprise-scale S/4HANA digital transformation initiatives in a global Hi-Tech / manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics solution design, process transformation, and deployment across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (TM) integrated with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and global supply chain operations.
The candidate will play a strategic leadership role across business process harmonization, global template definition, warehouse automation integration, transportation optimization, and large-scale ERP transformation programs involving greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities working with Business, IT, System Integrators, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse Operations, and external logistics providers across global regions.
Role/Responsibilities:
Program & Solution Leadership
- Lead SAP EWM and TM solution architecture and deployment for enterprise-wide S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Drive global logistics process standardization aligned to Discrete Manufacturing business models.
- Define scalable logistics solutions supporting manufacturing plants, remote factories, distribution centers, subcontractors, and global supply chain operations.
- Own Logistics functional design across EWM, TM, MM, SD, PP, QM, and MES integration areas.
- Lead Fit-Gap workshops, process discovery, solution blueprinting, and design governance.
- Ensure SAP best practices adoption while balancing business-specific operational requirements
SAP EWM
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design and implementation covering inbound/outbound logistics, put away, replenishment, production staging, Kanban, and JIT/JIS processes.
- Drive advanced warehouse operations optimization including; wave management, labor optimization, RF/mobile execution, HU management, packing, and internal warehouse movements.
- Manage complex warehouse scenarios such as cross-docking, deconsolidation, physical inventory and high-volume/serialized inventory environments.
- Architect and deliver warehouse automation integrations with PLCs, ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, scanners, and warehouse control systems.
- Define and implement EWM deployment strategies (decentralized and embedded) aligned to scalable, high-performance supply chain operations.
SAP TM
- Lead end-to-end SAP TM design and implementation including transportation planning, optimization, freight order/unit management, and shipment execution.
- Drive carrier management, tendering, and freight settlement with accurate cost allocation and enhanced global transportation visibility.
- Architect integrated transportation solutions across EWM, GTS, SD, MM, and external carrier platforms, supporting complex scenarios like STO, supplier, subcontracting, and customer deliveries.
Integration & Transformation
- Lead integration design with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, GTS, MES, RF devices and mobile platforms
- Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and deployment activities.
- Lead data migration and logistics master data governance activities.
- Support business readiness, training, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Total IT Experience with strong SAP Logistics domain expertise 10+ years
- Hands-on SAP EWM experience 8+ years
- SAP TM implementation experience 5+ years
- S/4HANA Implementations 2+ full-cycle (greenfield or brownfield)
- Discrete Manufacturing Industry 2+ years
- Large Program Experience
- Global rollout and multi-plant deployment environments & large cross-functional teams and SI partners
- SAP Certifications (Preferred)
- SAP Certified — EWM & TM, SCM
- Expert - Warehouse Structure & Process Configuration, RF Framework & Mobile Warehouse Execution, Production Integration, Wave, Task, Queue & Resource Management, Slotting Optimization & Rearrangement Strategies, Handling Unit (HU), Warehouse Automation & Integration (MFS/WCS, CIF/Core Interface, PPF, Warehouse Monitor)
- Advanced — Transportation planning and optimizer, Freight order management, Freight tendering, Carrier collaboration, Integration with EWM and GTS, Transportation cockpit, Ocean/Air/Ground transportation processes
- Expert — logistics architecture, Fiori applications and embedded analytics, Integration including APIs, IDocs, RFCs, CPI/BTP integration
- Advanced — Subcontracting and remote factory models, Global trade and transportation operations, Complex STO and intercompany logistics
- SAP BTP integration concepts, SAP GTS integration, SAP MII/MES integration, Warehouse automation technologies, APIs, EDI, IDocs, XML integration, Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled logistics optimization is an advantage
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range Minimum: $170,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $210,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
