Key Roles & Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Planning:
- Lead end-to-end technical teams for a SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation for public services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations (e.g., data security, accessibility, procurement policies).
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of public sector IT governance, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in government, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP Public Sector solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, GR/IR).
- Experience with cloud migrations and hybrid SAP landscapes.
