Oversee and manage the execution of testing efforts, including test case creation and execution, defect management, and reporting.
Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing activities.
Mentor and guide junior team members in testing best practices and methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP testing, and proactively identify and implement new tools and techniques to enhance the testing process.
Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders, including providing recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation.
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP testing, providing guidance and support to project teams and clients as needed.
Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
