Role Description N42 Technology is seeking a full-time SAP S/4 HANA FI CO Senior Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In this on-site role, the candidate will implement, configure, and provide expertise for SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping them to system capabilities, customizing solutions, managing integrations, and supporting end-user training. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in implementation and customization Ability to map and analyze business processes, financial workflows, and enterprise operations to ERP solutions Experience in financial data integration, intelligent automation, and reporting tools such as analytics dashboards Proficiency in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, data migration, and system upgrades Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills Knowledge of global compliance, governance frameworks, and process optimization is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related fields; SAP certification preferred Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects preferred
