SAP FICO Functional Lead – Retail Industry experience
Must be local to New Jersey (NJ) or nearby areas, for Onsite visits as needed.
Overview
SAP FICO Functional Lead with experience in the Retail industry to lead Finance transformation program. Experience with SAP FICO and Retail industry business processes, and leadership in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.
The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and IT leadership teams to design and implement scalable finance solutions that support omnichannel retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO Implementation in the Retail industry.
- Drive Finance transformation initiative and process standardization across business units.
- Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading SAP transformation programs.
- 15+ years of SAP FICO Implementation experience.
- 3+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- 3+ years of Retail industry experience. (Any SAP IS-Retail module exposure is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Retail accounting and finance operations.
