We are seeking an experienced SAP Enablement Consultant with expertise in SAP Enable Now and preferably WalkMe to support SAP transformation and digital adoption initiatives. The role involves developing training and digital adoption solutions while also supporting project coordination and governance activities across SAP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Enable Now implementation, administration, and content development
- Create interactive simulations, guided learning, contextual help, process documentation, and training materials
- Configure and support WalkMe guided workflows, walkthroughs, and in-app user assistance
- Develop role-based SAP user onboarding and training strategies
- Support UAT, training deployment, hypercare, and adoption activities
- Maintain governance and standards for enablement and digital adoption assets
- Assist project managers with status tracking, RAID logs, action tracking, reporting, workshop coordination, and timeline management
- Coordinate across business, functional, technical, and change management teams
- Support project planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance activities
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP enablement, training, digital adoption, or SAP transformation programs
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now
- Experience developing SAP simulations, learning content, and guided workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Experience in project coordination or PMO support activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WalkMe implementation and configuration
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or Supply Chain programs
- Knowledge of change management and organizational adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies
- PMP/Scrum certification is a plus
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or logistics domains preferred
