Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and banking integrations.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP FICO modules, RICEF objects, functional specification documentation (FSDs), testing activities, and collaboration with technical as well as middleware teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO functional activities across finance modules.
- Work on SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations.
- Handle bank-related interfaces and coordinate with middleware teams.
- Create and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Support RICEF-related activities including testing and validations.
- Work extensively on:
- FI Accounts Payable
- General Ledger (GL) Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Perform reconciliation, issue analysis, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to explain mapping documents and functional requirements.
- Support integration activities across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Participate in testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in multi-system enterprise landscapes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
