Title: SAP S/4hana Functional Trainer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Type: 4 Months Contract

Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Trainers to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program within the utilities industry. The project includes a combination of new SAP application implementation, system reinstallation, and SAP S/4HANA upgrades across multiple business functions.
- The Trainer will support end-user enablement and knowledge transfer activities for SAP business processes and applications. Trainers will participate in a train-the-trainer program and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to business users across the organization.
Project Scope
- The SAP transformation program includes:
- New SAP application implementation
- experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Existing system reinstallation activities
- SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiatives
- Supported functional areas include:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Strategic Energy
- SAP Service Cloud for Utilities
- Note: HR/HCM modules are not included in project scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions conducted by the client/project team
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions to end users
- Support enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA adoption initiatives
- Facilitate user learning for new business processes and system workflows
- Conduct hands-on system demonstrations and guided exercises
Preferred Experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
- SAP Utilities / IS-U
- SAP Customer Service
- SAP Sales processes
- SAP Service Cloud for Utilities
- Utilities or energy industry experience
