We’re looking for an experienced SAP Technical Architect to support the design, reliability, integration, and overall performance of an enterprise SAP ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for managing SAP infrastructure, integrations, upgrades, application support, and vendor relationships, while partnering closely with business and IT teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions aligned with business needs
- Manage SAP Managed Services vendors and SAP bolt-on applications such as ShipERP, Bartender, Magento, and related tools
- Oversee SAP system availability, performance, SLA response, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Support application maintenance, upgrades, change management, and operational best practices
- Partner with business users, internal IT teams, help desk operations, and external partners
- Design and support integrations across SAP and enterprise applications
- Identify process improvement opportunities across IT operations and business functions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and technical plans for system design and implementation
Ideal Background
- Strong SAP technical architecture and enterprise solutions experience
- Experience managing SAP operations, integrations, upgrades, and support models
- Vendor management experience, especially with SAP Managed Services partners
- Strong understanding of application integration and enterprise architecture
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
