Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BTP Integration Suite, Clean Core principles, and S/4HANA landscapes, along with experience in migration/transformation projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors, and drive solution discussions during business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead implementation of integrations using BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
- Apply and advocate Clean Core principles in all solution designs to ensure maintainability and upgrade readiness.
- Drive architecture for S/4HANA transformations, including system conversions, landscape transformations, and greenfield/brownfield implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and facilitate business and technical discussions with customers and external vendors.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including development, functional consultants, and third-party partners.
- Provide governance and ensure best practices in integration, extensibility, and security.
- Support migration strategies and execution for SAP workloads to cloud/BTP environments.
- Ensure documentation of architecture, design decisions, and integration patterns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite including:
- Cloud Integration (CPI)
- API Management
- Event Mesh
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes.
- Proven knowledge of Clean Core principles and SAP extensibility models.
- Knowledge in SAP migration/transformation programs (Brownfield, Greenfield, Hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge in hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is an added advantage.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design, coordinate, collaborate, and lead across multiple teams.
- Proven experience in handling customer-facing roles and vendor management.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications in BTP or S/4HANA.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
